    Stinov can you ask your neighbor if 4G can be retrofitted to a US MY17 that has existing 3G? I can’t get an answer from anyone at JLR.

    Speaking of Apple CarPlay and Phase 5. Does anyone have an active topix subscription that could post the PDF’s of the Pathfinder update 74 and 75 release notes?

    I picked the car up from the dealer on Saturday 22/09/2018 but the latest software is dated 23/09/2018

    That screen looks like the Live (Sports, News, Weather, Flight Trackers etc) updates not for the core ICTP system software (18A, 18C, 18C etc).

    Understand,

    So ‘d’ will be dealer update for the foreseeable future....for example

    One thing I have noticed, on the LR promo video, the background on the home screen has trees etc on it. While all versions on LR have the generic ‘swirls’.

    Minor thing but I hope it’s updated in the future.

    Trees is an option on mine. I used it for a while but decided I prefered the darker screen at night.

    Apple CarPlay! In US

    Mine scheduled for 15th as well as first service. Dealer has added to couple Range Rovers and it looks like it’s all working for AppleCarplay![img][/img]

    No CarPlay for me

    Took my car to the dealer today to get the software. You can see the latest version below.:



    The dealer knew about the CarPlay feature and was eager to get it installed and working for me. When I collected the vechile later they said the S18C update had gone on to the car but there was no option to add the Smartphone pack!

    Next step is to book it back in and they will request a TA from LR to assist but this will need possibly 3 days booked in!

    FYI mine is a MY18

    Any thoughts.[/img]

    Only thing that might be the issue is if their Pathfinder Software release is not at 075. Maybe you could ask them that as it might not been able to get the smartphone pack add on?
