    2017 Discovery Td6 HSE Lux Loire Blue

    Remote seat fold

    Picking up the car from outside the pub by bike this morning and feeling a little ropey, I decided to use technology and fold the rear seats by App. All good so far... then...

    Did it:

    1. Go to plan

    Or

    2. Set the car alarm off and wake up half the people sleeping in rooms at the front of the pub.

    Yep, you guessed it. I had a grumpy audience to watch me load the bike in. The alarm is reassuringly loud, so that’s good.

    Adding it to my list of Land Rover quirks!

    I managed to set off the panic alarm at 0530hrs one day. Thankfully we don’t have neighbours cos it sounded like Armageddon was about to start!

    Hi,

    How do you set off the panic alarm - need to know for two reasons, first to avoid accidental use and second if I actually want to us it.

    Hold down the hazard switch on your key fob. It’s loud and bright.... I found out by accident too!
