    Thoughts on these side steps

Hi all, I’ve found these side steps on eBay. They look identical in every way to the Land Rover dealer ones.

Does anyone have any experience of them?

No experience of those, but the ones I got from Direct 4x4 also have the same OEM look if you want a comparison

Thank you for this picture. Do these ones have three word discovery in them?

Just bought and fitted the above side steps. Very pleased with them appear well built. After reading on here about fitting times of around 40 min one side 30 mins other. Anyhow 5 hours later job done. I suppose if you are prepared to drill multiple holes in the floor covering then not a big job but trying to remove the covering takes a little longer. The instructions were very comprehensive thats if you consider 4 pictures of a different model car to be so.
One my neck ache and shoulder ache and blooded hands have healed i will enjoy them to the full Laughing

ive bought the Bragan stuff before for my discovery sport, they were identical to the landrover ones, i believe these ones are too.. i think they somehow get them from the factory, Bragan are over the water so maybe that is how.

I got the ones Al did, they are well made, very heavy and will outlast the car, no drilling or mucking about to fit, plus they are all black. Thumbs Up

I didn't have to drill any holes as such they located in the existing holes. It was the underfloor covering that was the problem. Some YouTube videos show the installer just cutting a hole in the underfloor covering to access the main anchor points. I removed the covering fitted the brackets then refitted the covering a few cuts were necessary but not too much. Hope that makes sence.
