    Complimentary in control app

    HI ,

    I HAVE A 2017 HSE and having issues with in control delays , I have booked the car in next week at the dealers for them to look at /resolve, it have seen that there is a complimentary upgrade that include apple car play,

    When I called my dealer to day to confirm the booking next week I asked about the upgrade and they said I would have to pay £250 - has anyone else experienced the same thing? Any advice ?

    See the 19b software thread. Road runner managed to confirm this morning with the customer experience centre that Apple Carplay and Android Auto are included Foc with the 19b upgrade, your dealer is not correct charging you when they do the N377 upgrade.
