It’s JLR software problem. I always had it, can send you multiple pics of it, but latest software fixed it, now all running smooth, same 64gb sandisk (2) as before...

I forgot to mention that it may possibly be a car related issue rather than a USB issue? Thumbs Up

Well i noticed if i plug the 4TB HD in then it stays greyed out and the Sat Nav wont work. Just says "Navigation Loading" and stayed that way for nearly an hour.

Got it working with another USB stick tho but again its a small sized one.
Maybe i can transfer kids films over to the Media Library bit by bit with the working USB i have.
Where is the option to transfer files over to the Media Library ? Any idea?

    Thanks again

Stone, that’s my version as well, ask the dealer to do a full clean re - install, it might have been corrupted somewhere... and regarding the 4TB, I thought max size the system could read was 128gb, but not sure

I agree that you should take it to the dealer, sounds like a corruption of the software or a faulty USB connector?

Can you load a map through the USB?
