Sota update
Good morning. my 18 plate D5 has been into the dealership for a SOTA update I cant get the web connected or live traffic updates. it has now been in three times as they want it overnight (long story so we will skip that) anyway it went in this friday afternoon and they had it overnight. they now want it back for a full day as they cannot get the full update to install they can only get the back end to install not the front end. result is I am left with a horrible looking screen just black on white. they apprantly need landrover to tell them the exact build of the car to do it. does this sound true or am I getting the run around
thanks

Aren’t these questions you should ask the dealership?
