    Does anyone have image or knowledge where the Webasto FBH is located?
    In the manual there is only mention that user may notice it working from smoke coming from front of the vehicle.

    Its not fitted any more as standard it is an optional extra
    Namib Orange 1st Edition with black roof and wheels.
    Privacy, tow bar, drive pack, surround camera, heated front & rear seats, auto dim door mirrors, side steps, remote Pro, RSE, arm rest fridge dash cam front and rear.

    I guess it is fitted for Finland but not UK?

    Found it hiding behind the braces, stuck close to wall.

    And it is not Webasto. It is Eberspächer.

    To be precise, it is Eberspächer Hydronic D5S.
    Now I need to study if it can be controlled remotedly as we do not get InControl Remote features in Finland.

    Hi, has anyone been solving the retrofit? We bought HSE TD6 MY2017 and ordered Winter packet, but it is not part of it, sadly. Dealer told us that it will be present...

    While I have not fitted it to my D5, I have found a company that CAN retrofit it.

    If one company can retrofit it, then others can also

    Is you car parked on private property when you want to (pre-) heat it ? With the app you can start it remotely, After 10 minutes its warm inside. Safes you €€€€€€ for a FBH .. Mr. Green

    Well, I know this option, but running the engine in winter without the load is not the best option...

    This depends. How much longer guarantee do you have,
    and do you want to keep the car beyond the guarantee.

    If you sell the car in two years, I would not worry. But if
    you want to keep it "forever" , you have a valid point.

    No... they just put in the standard burner but can locate it in the same place.
    By default, they put it in front of the suspension strut, but I have my second battery tray there, so they said they could put it in the original place if required

    not I know where it is...job for weekend when I see car in the light check what mine has fitted lol
    2023 D300 Metropolitan, Hakuba Silver, Low Range, Solar screen, Deployable towbar, FBH, sidesteps.
