    alarm triggered ?

    good morning people
    well jut got my new toy , set the app up and it says alarm triggered whatever i do , its been reset dealer dropped it off today , any ideas why this is happening and doesnt say alarmed as it hould ?

    Just a guess- have you gone through the dash menu to see what triggered the alarm? May be the act of checking resets the notification message?

    I’ve had a look
    It’s still saying the car is located at the dealers
    So maybe they haven’t updated the software?
    Seems odd , so bloody different from my d3 and d4 !!

    Don’t sound like you account is active tbh. Quick phone call to the dealership will sort.

    Well the car location is showing as Correct now , but still says alarm triggered and won’t allow me to reset on the app ?
    Dealer says the account is fine ?

    oh , im more than used to it
    2 xD3,S 1X D4 and 3 defenders , now the D5 im well used to it tbh !

    for anyone who comes across this it needed a software update at the dealers , all done now
