    Licence update

    Have any of you bothered updating the licence for Nav online services (traffic, petrol stations, etc). Mine expires in May, haven’t looked to see what the cost is yet.

    I found it. Roughly £70 for the year without tracker.

    There usually 2 things to update, I paid £57.60 for 2 years Incontrol Protect and Remote, then paid £128 for 2 years map updates.
    2023 D300 Metropolitan, Hakuba Silver, Low Range, Solar screen, Deployable towbar, FBH, sidesteps.

    So whilst I posted the original message a while back, over the weekend I was getting the message about the subscription again, and now I have no traffic info showing. The link shown on the car screen about updating it is www.landrover.here.com, but that says the server isn’t available. But which subscription is it that needs updating as I have checked all my subscriptions and they are:

    In control Pro Services Jan 2029
    In control Remote premium Jan 2022
    In control Secure Jan 2022
    In control Protect Jan 2022

    Don’t know tbh. It would be a lot simpler if LR just had a way of singularly extending the subscriptions. I noticed you can’t even phone them up to ask.

    What other subscriptions did you go for? Have you got the £36 in control subscription as well?

    Yes possibly but the expiry dates showing for my current subscriptions are:

    In control Pro Services Jan 2029
    In control Remote premium Jan 2022

    So none are due yet.

    mine was confusing...

    car registered July 2017

    renewals for PRO, Premium and Secure were March 2021?

    The NAV renewal was July 2020, at 3 year anniversary, can only assume JLR didn't activate the remote services when they originally registered my car for internal use....
