    Green Accelerator Pedal

    Hello
    Bit of a strange one this, but I got a picture of what looked like a green accelerator pedal in the driver display. Occurred when driving at just less than 30mph in a 30mph zone, flat smooth road.
    Any ideas what this could be?

    Do you have the driving mode set to ECO-coach mode ? It would be trying to tell you to lift-off the accelerator
