    No sound on Waze

    Hello,
    I seem to have lost the voice on my car-play Waze , it was working fine upto recently. The only thing I have done is to download the latest software for the car. The Waze Mav voice works fine on my phone when not connected to the car. I have tried everything but can’t get any sound out of the Waze navigation.
    Any help appreciated.

    2019 Discovery SDV6 HSE Carpathian Grey

    I have a 2019 D5 SD6 HSE, also software upgraded a week ago. I have the same issue with the TomTom Go App & Carplay. I also have WAZE installed, same thing there as well. No comparison available from me for before the upgrade, as that was done when I bought this car a week ago. Before that I had a D4 SE SDV6, no such problem there of course, but lots of potential for other surprises ... Laughing Rolling Eyes

    The original LR Navigation voice works fine by the way.

    Anybody got a fix for this yet I've tried everything since losing the voice on waze only. spotify and everything else works fine. Its a Disco 5 thing as it works fine in my iPace and the wife's Audi A3. Please help .... Thanks

    Well I also have the same problem!
    Car updated no voice through Apple Car Play.
    Another LR problem
    Ditching her in August.
    Good luck to whoever ends up with her.

    Come on Landrover, somebody high up must be reading this, the same fault is on other forums, plese sort a fix ASAP, pretty please👍

    Problem is too many people still buying LR products so why should they worry about problems.
    Speak to any Main dealer and their workshops are full for warranty work, hence 4 weeks waiting list to sort AND no loaner available .
    It’s called Customer Care!!

    **UPDATE** Car now in Landrover dealership, they have given me another D5 as a courtesy car, tried my waze and google maps from my iphone and it all works perfectly. I looked to see what software the courtesy car is using and it is NOT the latest version, this now proves that is is a glitch on the latest version is. Hopefully the next OTA update will cure it👍

    Just car car back from dealers. Bottom line is wait for the next OTA update, hopefully that should cure it😳
