Evening,

we have a choice of renewing our in control app for our D5. Can anyone tell me if the cheaper option (the one without a tracker) still gives the option to start the car etc remotely?

I did the £36 renewal in August 2022 and it did the remote start (new Discovery since March 23 so no longer have 2018 one).

I have just had my renewal come and they want £240. Does anyone know what you get for that?

Discovery 5 D300 Metropolitan.

So looks like non-pro tracker, without basic InControl function unless that's a discounted price for a different one!

This is what I took. It does it all for me apart from update maps and tracking/security. It was under £100 for two years. I certainly wouldn’t be paying some of the prices I’ve seen, it’s daylight robbery!
