    What is it, what is it for.
    Been in my discovery 5 HSElux from new. It is a LR part.
    Any pointers appreciated.

    It keeps the flap secure on the base of the row 2 seat backs where the cover is for the isofix points to attach a child seat.
    MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - with extra nice bits added
    MY2019 D5 HSE 3.0 SDV6 - sold to a dealer for a crazy price!

    The mystery bit.

    Many, many thanks, it’s use etc. have ‘bugged’ me for over 6 years! It must have fallen off and been placed in the centre console at service. Will enjoy telling my dealer too! I will now check the user manual to see if it gets a mention.
