Engine Emission Amber Warning
The above light is staying on.
Petrol model. Performance not being affected.
Any thoughts?

Plug a code reader in or take it to a garage for them to do it.
If it was a diesel, the advice would be take it for a long, fast drive to clear the DPF but that doesn't really apply to petrols.
Probably a failed sensor, but needs a code reader to make any progress.

Diagnostic suggested oxygen sensor fault. Technician cleared it and we are waiting to see if it reoccurs, before looking into it further.
Mot due in just over a month. I may pull the booking forward to get it done sooner, just in case it reappears with no time to react.
