    No Internet

    Hi all,
    Having an issue with Internet on my 2018 disy 5 HSE, it connects to the house and my phones wifi but when I try to use the Internet on the browse app it just doesn't load and also update won't work it just doesn't seem to work I even have a sim with unlimited data and even that doesn't work , so connect to WiFi spots but just won't get Internet any help please. Crying or Very sad

    This may be no consolation … but I have the similar problem. I have to use the home wifi (sitting on the driveway) to sync journeys and updates…..accessing the internet is a pain too.

    My mobile with hotspot turned on won’t work despite being in the car and the data sim I inserted in the cubby slot, despite having good coverage and loads of data, doesn’t work either.

    I couldn’t even log into my LR account when away on a campsite with no wifi…it said it couldn’t log me in “at the moment”.

    I am not sure why I have to keep logging into my account when I had it set to stay signed in???

    Drives me mad!

    I can't even do that I tried to update sync and browse the Internet nothing bit would log in to my home wifi and even my phone hot-spot but that is it

    I know it's no help, but I've got the same issue. Car refuses to connect to the internet with a sim card or even let me sign in to my LR maps account. I gave up after several days of trying everything I could think of and went back to using Android Auto via my phone.
