Front brake pads
Hi. I need to replace my front brake pads and wear sensor.(rears were done recently). Does anyone have a guide as I've searched and can't find one. Thanks.

It's not as complicated as the rear pads since the EPB doesn't need to be put in service mode or anything too difficult mechanically. If you've ever replaced brake pads on any vehicle...it's exactly the same process on a D5.
Couldn't find a decent video for replacing front discs and pads on an L462...closest I could get was several videos for baby discos (sport) but the process isn't that dissimilar. I'm replacing my front and rear discs shortly...just waiting on the discs arriving... so I can't offer any pics or videos to help out as yet.
Baby Disco front brake video...it may help.

Thanks, Mole. Does a new sensor extinguish the in car warning or does the car need connecting to a computer?

Should do without resetting anything with a diagnostic tool...it's an on/off sensor reading so once the brake wear sensor is replaced (if it's damaged or worn) along with the pads, it should put the warning lamp out.
