    TailGate restraining straps

    Hi Collective
    Does anyone have the part number/ supplier for the Tail Gate retaining strap thing? The plastic outer sheath has failed and causing a lag when the tail gate seat thing opens......

    Not sure about the part number but you can just strip the rest of the coating off and they should work fine again.
    If you detach the end from the car you can pull the full length out and use a sharp blade to remove the remaining coating.
    I did this with mine and it has been fine ever since.
