Re: Noisy vent

I know, first world problem, but it sounds like I have something loose in my right hand dash centre vent. It is almost as though there is a bit of sellotape in there that flaps around when the fan is on. If I close that vent, the noise drops noticeably. It's not really loud, but it is noticeable. Anyone ever had anything similar?
Phil
Yep, I have this from the right hand centre vent. I hope someone comes up with a solution.

I have a strange slight rattle too coming from somewhere on the left side (U.S. car), under the dash. I can only hear it when moving forward at low speeds, like in the driveway or garage. Seems to be in congruence with the diesel engine vibration.
