    SOFTWARE UPDATE/CAR BROKEN AGAIN

    So the service indicator wouldn't go out so the car went back in for a software update, 2 weeks later I have collected it as I have a trip away for the weekend and I cant fit all my clutter in the disco sport I have been given as a courtesy car.



    They did mention there was a bit of a glitch but that JLR were still working on it..................



    So they will have it back next week for an unknown amount of time until it is fixed.

    I have had other software issues (random tyre pressure light as well) am I alone in this one.......suggestion is a new instrument cluster if they cant fix it with updates.....

    I had to have it back to use.........went back in again and the latest fix has worked.

    Now the remote app thinks the tyres are flat, window open and wont start it remotely.

    Any ideas?
    Tried a remove end reinstall on the App

    Did you force-stop and clear the app cache also? At least on Android phones, uninstalling/reinstalling without first clearing the cache and/or app data may not fix some problems.

    nope....................cleared the cache and deleted the app

    still showing the window open, tyre flat and wont start!!

    My remote is patchy when I am at home we have very limited cell coverage up here, when I am at work in a more populated area the commas are good and all works. Although have not had the glitches you are having....yet

    tried a reset using the cars nav call button with the tech guy at the garage but it has to go back in again for another 'few days'
