• My door handle caps were also replaced FOC by the dealer - the previous ones were very loose but the new ones are a much tighter fit and have been fine since fitted.

• Al is correct - that was exactly what happened with one of our tyres which had a nail in it a few weeks ago. The fitter removed a small piece of the foam, removed the nail and repaired the tyre.
