    de-activate warning sounds

    Hello,

Since i am used to driving a beep-less Defender, I wonder if any of you got some or all the warning sounds deactivated by the dealer? (seat belts, doors not shut, etc.)

Normally with some insistence that is possible with most cars.

Alternatively, is there any diagnostics tool for OBD2 port out already that could do this?

Am interested in buying a D5 - but only if I can get rid of this beeping noises

    Cheers,

Great! Thanks for the quick reply!

Are there any other chimes with the D5?

The alarm chirps and the parking sensors beep!

    Ok, alarm chirping is fine.

I once owned a Mahindra Scorpio (Indian too), which on every start would tell me … "careful, this is a very powerful car!"

…which it was in Delhi traffic at least.
