2nd row won’t slide, anyone else?
2nd row drivers side won’t slide forward or backwards, with the handle near the floor frozen into position. Constant rattle due to mechanism being off track, anyone else experienced this? Booked into dealership next week.

Happened to mine. Luckily it jammed fully back so we had passenger space.
Needed a new seat frame I think. Quickly sorted.

Not so quickly sorted for me, truck has been at dealer since last Thursday, it’s Tuesday evening here in the States. First time dealer has dealt with this particular issue, and of course they didn’t order all parts needed initially. Hoping they comp my apple carplay install

Not had that but mine is in for somthing elase and asked to install Apple Car Play whilst in. Was told it has been withdrawn and not to be installed on any other cars as it is causing to many issues. There is a new vwersion due out soon and this will be installed in all cars if all faults resolved. Apparently LR have a failure rate of 2 out of 10 as a bench mark but are getting closer to 5/10 hence the withdrawl

My ACP has been fine. The odd occasion it doesn't appear on screen though the icons are on the ICTP Home page. Have to disconnect and reconnect phone and then its OK again.

Dec 6th through Dec 14th, that’s how long it took my LR dealer to fix and procure necessary parts for my inoperable second row drivers side seat. Required complete replacement of seat frame. I hope no one else experiences this.

My car is already 6 (six!!) weeks in because they are not able to fix the Rear Seat Entertainment... although they changed all software AND hardware (costing almost 2500€ without labour), but still in discussion with JLR to see what else could be done... kids not happy, we neither

Luckily mine was jammed fully pushed back and no need to use row three. I waited for the dealer to get the parts in and then they replaced while I waited.
