Fantastic dealer service yet again
Well sat nav lost all its maps and USB/SIM card reader stopped working last week, phone call to dealers who confirmed very busy and no slots available for a couple of weeks.
However we will send somone out with some bits and see what we can do. Chap arrives as promised at 10 this morning, with 5 minutes had looked and then removed SIM card reader unit, put new one in and then spent 30 minutes chatting and looking round the Velour whilst maps down loaded.
All in all all done and fixed within an hour and on my drive.

That's the way it used to be with Ottons of Salisbury.
I now get that sort of service by travelling to the Yeovil LR dealer, worth the 110mile round trip
