Are you constantly getting the reverse traffic not available message? I have got this a few times but the system has then worked on after the car was locked and re-started. If you are getting a constant error this needs reporting to the dealer as something might be wrong with the rear radar units? Does your blind spot monitor (orange indicator on wing mirror) work correctly as this is by the same rear radar sensors?
The screen shown in your image is just the park sensors (not the rear radar) and often you get the exclamation mark for the 2 side sensors until you start to drive and the sensors will start to kick in. This PDCs are a different system (360 PDCs) mounted on front and rear bumpers. If the PDC keep not working might be worth checking for dirt build up on the sensors around the bumpers.
