Roof rails
Any of you lads using aftermarket rails? They seem to be 50% cheaper. I'm undecided and need to order this week. Thoughts?

Some horror stories about 3rd party ones not fitting properly and the metal being inferior. Personally I wouldn’t take the chance on anything but but LR ones unless they are purely for decoration and even then.

see my post on fitting roof rails - The chinese ones on ebay dont come with all the parts you need (the ditch rails for one), Thats sort of OK as you can but these from LR separately but when you add the cost of these you are back close to what LR want for genuine.
