Adjustable armrest question
Good morning, I have recently purchased a D5 having previously owned a D3 & D4, on the 3 and 4 you could adjust the armrest up and down giving plenty of options, however on both seats on the D5 even with the adjustment at the max height the armrests are still too low.
Is there a fix for this or is it just a D5 feature?
Thanks
Ian

dont think so, my missus has the armrest on her side pointing up quite high, so as far as I can see certainly no different to what was on my old D4

Now gone - D5 HSE 2Ltr in Corris with black roof, black & dynamic packs & 22" black alloys, a bit of a change after 2 D3's and 2 D4's

Mine is as you describe. When the arm rest as at approx horizontal, I cannot lock it any higher. I can Raise it, but not lock it at the height.

so when you wind the knob at the end of the armrest are you saying that your armrest wont go any higher than horizontal? Mine certainly does.

If I wind the knob until it locks, it blocks at horizontal.
It is like this on both front seats, so I don't think that it is a faulty seat.
Mine is a 2017 model, so maybe it is year specific.

My 2017 keeps going until they are pointing up in the air!
What angle do you have the seat base at?

Maybe it’s dependant on what you have regarding the pitch of the seat? Laid back, arm rest in the air, bolt upright, 90 degrees?
