    N377NAS2 - Service Action - InControl Touch Pro Update

    Any one in North America had this done , what does it do????

    Ive just checked on topix and mine is due an update even thou it only got updated about a month ago.
    No more Landrover!!!

    This is what mine says it just and update but it does say service action in the main screen?

    Mine is due N347 SOTA according to topix, it has the last update in Jan 19 to i think 18D with Smartphone pack, so i think mine just wants the SOTA activated and will presumably download 19B itself?
    2023 D300 Metropolitan, Hakuba Silver, Low Range, Solar screen, Deployable towbar, FBH, sidesteps.

    I had SOTA and Apple CarPlay etc installed last month so I’m not sure why it hasn’t updated? Or do you still have to initiate it? I’ll check tomorrow.
    If not it’s going on to the dealers again in November to repair the broken electric shelf in the boot.
    No more Landrover!!!

    Over the air updates suddenly started working after JLR sent me an email saying I'd not downloaded updates.

    I then downloaded 19B over 4G, having previously been on 18D
    2023 D300 Metropolitan, Hakuba Silver, Low Range, Solar screen, Deployable towbar, FBH, sidesteps.

    I think it's SOTA. I'll double check when I can get out to my Disco...went in for 32k service in late September amd came out with SOTA enabled. Just got an over the air update last week.

    Just got a letter from JLR about N377 and inviting me to schedule an appointment to get the upgrade done. It will allow me to use ACP and get OTA updates as necessary. So now I know what it entails!!
