  Internet not connected

  Hi All,
  
  Need some help if possible. Had a MY20 now for a couple of weeks and cannot get the internet to work Tried connecting to home Wifi and hot spotting my phone, each way I get the WiFi strength indicator popping up at the top left hand side of the display but web browsing nor navigation can log me in.
  Anyone any ideas?
  Is it doing to be a hard reset on the system? (If so, is this the normal Discovery battery -ve lead off way?)
