Latest software update.
Hi all,
Just downloaded the latest software update, it is:-
S20C1_20.48.3-635557
Anyone know what’s changed? Just checked the Oval website and there is nothing on there.

Mine downloaded two days ago, but I haven't used the D5 since then so cannot say if I have noticed any changes yet.
I don't think it was much given that it was only an 8mb download.

Mine did the Blue Screen of Death immediately after the update, luckily it rebooted itself 5 mins later and doesn't appear to have changed anything currently.

Is this the one from November 2020? I actually turned on the Infortainment today, which is an occasion and checked and it’s been sitting there almost three months. Anyway, I forced the update and is done but I haven’t a clue what it was for. That aside, it wants me to update maps, which I ignore. I don’t use the SatNav.

Interesting thanks, I’ll check next time I am in the car. I shoved it out of the way, somewhere at the side of the house and the winds too cold just now to go for a walk.

Mine updated about a week ago and no problems with remote start. However, I did need to re-enter my InContol username and password to log back in to spotify. I wonder if it's just logged people out of their InControl account and they just need to log back in?

checked over weekend, mine was definitely logged out of Incontrol, but then it does that every couple of weeks anyway. Otherwise all worked normally including remote start.

Still on version 19 here, despite a dealer visit today (for other issues, but they did mention updating software). What am I missing out on?

I’ve got the latest, but I couldn’t tell you what if anything is different.
Anyone who hasn’t, try turning the off button on the audio and the monitor and having silence for a while. It’s magic and I don’t miss it one bit.

WiFi
I have noticed that it seems somewhere in the series of SOTA updates, the WiFi functionality has changed and that there does not seem to be the option any more to set it to logon automatically when in range of a pre-programmed Access Point i.e. when I get in range of my home system, I used to be able to set it to connect automatically - but that option seems to be no longer available,
