MY22 HSE Interior Ambient/Mood Lighting
Hi,
I'm sure I read somewhere that with the new model there was some sort of configurable ambient/mood lighting as standard with the HSE but I can't see anything in Pivi Pro. Is there something I'm missing or am I imagining it?
Thanks,
Adam

Apparently there’s an option on one of the screen to the (swipe) right.
Recall seeing that somewhere - my 2019 doesn’t have this

Interesting point. I also have the HSE and have no idea how that works

In ICTP (the layout of which is largely similar to Pivi), there is a dedicated tile on the ‘swipe furthest right’ homescreen.
Drives: 2020 MY20 HSE Luxury SDV6 in Eiger Grey/Glacier
Departed: 2019 MY20 HSE Luxury SDV6 in Carpathian Grey/Glacier, 440i, 320d, Toyotas, Mondeo, Citroen BX amongst others

I just had a look and can't see one or any options to add a tile for lighting.
Maybe its just standard lighting in the cabin in the MY22 HSE?

I found it but no idea if it has changed anything due to bright sunlight!
settings -> vehicle -> cabin lighting
Then it displays an external image of the vehicle. Which I initially throught wasn't very interesting or helpfull!
BUT you must touch the image, then a menu appears and you can change the colour and brightness. I don't think either is infinitely adjustable as in eg Mercedes
I think I read you need the external lights on to perform the function
Update: just tried it in the dark and it is working. Not very bright even at max, and not that well distributed (I'm comparing with a Mercedes) but it does work...

My MY19 HSE Lux has that menu option, allows you to change the colour of the lights. I played around with it for 5mins then set it back to white and left it at that.

Found it. Didn’t realise you could click on the link. Thought it was just a toggle on/off
