Pulls to the left.....
I've noticed my 'new to me' Disco 5 pulls to the left, quite severely. I've come from a Disco 4 which didn't do it at all.
My 5 is on 22" wheels if that makes a difference. It's an early MY and HSE LUX. All pressures have been checked.
A known issue? Anything I can try?

Is it on all road surfaces? My disco 5 with 22” tyres wandered all over the place on roads with heavy lorry rutting but more often pulled to the nearside. Changed to 20” and problem greatly diminished.
Changing from D4 to D5 I found the steering generally more sensitive. By that I mean I seem to be making more steering corrections. The D4 just sat still on all roads.
Do the tyres show any sign of tracking misalignment?

I'll check the tyres. Interesting you've had the wandering effect.
I've bought a set of 21"s for winter / snow tyres and will see if the same thing occurs.
Forgive me, nearside - you also mean to the left? (U.K. roads)

Yes.
I reasoned that it was a combination of camber and rutting.
There is one particular road near me that is very bad. Ironically, I test drove the D5 on that road and nearly rejected the car. But I carried on further on a better surface and it was much better, There is no doubt the electronic? steering is more twitchy. I had to get used to the difference when towing a large caravan and not over correct

Thank you! Perhaps I'll stress less about it and see if having 21's on makes a difference, out of interest.

I find the 22” wheels bad for aqua planning. Might just buy a set of 20” wheels & tyres,They will Probably help with a smoother journey on crap roads.
