InControl renewal question
Hi
My remote app is showing that there are 4 renewals due shortly, being (1) Connected Navigation Pro, (2) Online Pack with data plan, (3) Remote and (4) Secure Tracker pro.
Have tried renewing using the app, but it is throwing up an error message. have also now got an email from LR saying Incontrol subscriptions are ending soon and offering just 3 options being (1) the Connected Navigation Pro, (2) Online data pack, and (3) what seems to be a combined Remote & secure Tracker.
Any views as to the value of each, eg is the connected navigation of any value when Google Maps is available?, and why is Remote showing combined with the tracker?

If you like google maps the no, connected navigation has no value. If you prefer to use the Pivi Pro navigation then it does.
Online data plan is fore the apps that use data e.g. Spotify, Alexa, Weather forecast etc.
Remote and Secure Tracker work together - you need the remote to use the tracker.
Secure Tracker Pro would be a separate subscription if your vehicle is equipped with that option.
The online renewal system was still broken a few weeks ago. Contact LR customer support directly and they can sort it out for you.
