There's no brackets behind the actual handles...not separate ones anyway. The handles are secured by 2x T30 Torx bolts into some threaded holes direct into the bodywork behind the lining. I only know this because I was going to fit an after market boot rack in there and I had to remove the handles to fit some brackets where the rear grab handles screw into...

So are you suggesting, if a buy a pair of handles I can just fit them screw in? I can’t feel any holes or plugs behind the liner which is what’s making me nervous. If I could I’d have just order them.
This is what I have for the other 4, assume screw behind the cover plates?
Yup, the covers on the handles just pop off with a plastic pry tool or flat bladed screwdriver and the T30 screws are behind the covers. All that's visible behind my rear ones is a couple of holes in the liner where the screws go into the threads.
Strange that yours doesn't have the rear grab handles as standard having the 7 seats though...it may be a later model adaptation. Since mine is a 2017 HSE, I'm just assuming that all D5's had them fitted. Maybe someone with a model of similar year to yours can offer an insight...

The 2 Torx screws are behind those little pop-off curved bits that are obvious... I'm only still assuming that the screw holes are behind the liner for your non existent rear grab handles though...so I wouldn't advise cutting any holes in your liner until someone with a newer model than mine gives the yay or nay on it.

My TPMS only warns me if the pressure is low on the spare...doesn't show the actual spare tyre pressure on the centre dash menu along with the other 4 tyres though. No idea why...
I was the same being used to the D4 showing all 5 tyres...the D5 seemingly doesn't.
After having a think about the rear grab handles and when I took mine off...or specifically the liner where they're fitted, it's not just soft fabric liner like the roof, it's a cardboard type liner with a narrow gap behind it and small 2 rectangular holes cut into it where a rectangular plastic block on the rear of the grab handles fits into. Even feeling the liner around the grab handles wouldn't work since there's a narrow space behind it where those block-bits on the actual grab handles fit into.
The only way to demonstrate what I mean is if you remove one of the other grab handles to see exactly what I'm on about. It'll be obvious then why you can't feel the threaded holes where the handles screw into.
It's quite possible that the threaded holes are there for the rear grab handles...but you wouldn't be able to tell unless you cut holes in that cardboard liner...which is all a bit drastic if it turns out the threaded holes aren't there.
