    Seat Belt Chime

    The plug in/release sequence trick still works a treat.

    Ignition on, door closed, plug and release eight times and the ninth plug in you will get a single chime confirming the warning chime is switched off.

    Of course. 'Tis the law. However, there are plenty of occasions when I drive off the road, and having a belt on is a pain, and the ding is even more of pain!

    Thats a good tip as i used to just put the belt clip in accross the seat and drive sitting on it in my D3 when off road to stop the bonging.

    does this stay OFF until you re-enable it? (how do you re-enable it?) or does it go back to normal after the car has been switched off ?
