D5, up market or keeping up with the market

Taking into account the age of the D4 which is a tremendous car, is the D5 going "up market" or as I believe keeping up with the market ?

It's going up market to keep up with the market. Not sure if it's the right thing.

Sign of the times look at:- phones, tv's, shoes, coats, aircraft, torches, women etc etc. The D4 in my opinion is already looking dated. The reason for saying this is:- I have this image as my desktop wallpaper on my PC Screens. This weekend whilst out clay shooting I looked back at my Red D4 with black pack and I thought ohh thats dated compared to the D5. Suppose I'm getting used to the D5?

I think you've hit the nail on the head Andrew, it is just getting used to it. It's no different to when the D3 launched but look at how many D2 owners made the move , especially when they drove it.
