LR definitely have halted the Phase 3 Update. Dealer happy as it was a pain to do and could take a day of messing around. No news on when the next version available though.

Nothing worth uploading. Simply gives dealers to go ahead to start installing the Phase 3 update again. The problem was an installation failure, the underlying software remains the same as before Christmas.
I note SM73699 - InControl Touch Pro 17C Software Update Enhancements is now withdrawn ie not showing on Topix anymore.
But LTB01108 was uppdated to v3 on 31st January. Does this mean v3 is available and should be used? or are we all still on hold waiting for Phase 4 update that is apparently due sometime this month??
I want to know if I should push my deailer for phase 3 update according to LTB01108v3 or not??
i don't know the exact details BUT at my dealers the mechanic told me that there has been a big update for the Velars and that he thinks that there should be one coming for the Disco 5 soon.. he said it's a 3hr thing. not sure why i'll try find out more info.
*update* just msgs him, apparently it's a Phase 3 update for the Intouch...
18MY All-new Discovery HSE SD4 Loire Blue & Black Pack
There is a new software update that was released this week that is suitable for the RSE equipped cars with a further patch update coming out today
Namib Orange 1st Edition with black roof and wheels.
Privacy, tow bar, drive pack, surround camera, heated front & rear seats, auto dim door mirrors, side steps, remote Pro, RSE, arm rest fridge dash cam front and rear.
The Phase 3 Update went OK for me, or at least I thought it had.
Mostly it’s a big improvement speed wise when using it but noticed that both USB 3 media ports don’t recognise when a phone is plugged in. The drivers side works fine and of course also applies power. The passenger side only power. Swapped the cables around and the other phone was recognised but mine wasn’t. Ah, must be a duff port or software issue (it had previously stated no playable music on the passenger side device) I thought. The phones and cable must be ok as all I’d done was switch which ports they were plugged into.
Swapping the cables over again and the drivers side port was now completely dead. No power at all and no recognition of a phone being plugged in. Passenger side still only charging.
Stopped car at destination and after leaving it for a while the drivers side now works again properly. Passenger side still only charges phone.
Previously both ports had worked fine on any family iPhone plugged in using the same cables regardless of which port was used.

When did you have the update done as the latest one was released on Friday morning and the additional patch came out this afternoon, know this as was speaking to LR about it. Currently dealers are under instruction to trial on demonstrators and stock 2nd hand cars before they give go ahead for it to be used on customers cars, mine goes in at the end of the month to be done

When the Sat Nav offers a new route the whole ICTP system locks up and only clears after I’ve reached my designation and the car has been shutdown. Makes the Sat Nav very difficult to follow (it continues to give audio instructions). No other buttons are operable. When tapping ‘Show Route’ or ‘Cancel’, both will highlight as if pressed but don’t do anything. This has happened a number of times this week.
Posted this in the wrong thread so just posting it here as it relates to this thread more

My 18my car came with phase 3 from build, however, every time I select the usb stick as a source, it always starts on same track, has never started playing where it left off. Anyone else have this?

I have never been offered an alternate route even when there is heavy traffic, is there an option to select the facility somewhere?
