    2017 Discovery Sd4 (240) HSE Lux Carpathian Grey

    Infotainment update, Norway

    Is the Phase4 18c w/Carplay available in Norway? Has anybody done this? My dealer doesn’t know anything about the “CarPlay/smartphone pack”........

    Are there any criteria for the update. I’ve got the 2017 disco5 HSE lux, no sim/WiFi/app.

    No idea about Norway, but today my Albanian dealer confirmed they did not get the software from JLR for the smartphone pack, as this is ‘not made available for all European countries’... no idea why. I wouldn’t be surprised if Norway is another unlucky country, as you mention you have no sim and apps neither...
    I suppose that if you ask a dealer in a ‘lucky’ country, they might make it work for you as I don’t think it’s hardware related if you already have the pro infotainment system.
