LR Remote App - Climate
Hi all ...
Over the past week or so I cannot get the Climate Engine Start feature to operate via my Android smartphone.
The app accepts my password then goes to the Engine Starting screen but that's all it does.
It certainly isn't starting the car!
App says 'connected' at bottom of screen.
Any ideas? or is this a visit to the dealer. I have ICTP 18c installed.

Do the other functions work ? ie does it actually talk to the car ?
You could try logging out and then force quit the app. Open and log back in.

Trip to dealer probably required - point them to SSM74227.
A change in the configuration files sent from an external server to the Telematics Control Unit (TCU) to vehicles since 09th December 2018 triggers a fault on the TCU

Yes, the other functions (location, beep/flash, lock, unlock etc) are OK
Haven't tried forcing quit but I will now

It’s all on TOPIx but you will need a subscription to read it. These vary from a few hours access to a year.
