Journeys not recording
I have a full record of journeys in the Remote app up to 30th Jan. Since then, there have not been any journeys recorded. It it just me or is there a system issue?
D5 HSETD6, Silicon Silver, privacy glass, HUD, loads of gizmos!! 😃😃😃

Just checked mine, and it's recorded this morning's journey to work and all previous journeys, maybe you need to reset account.

Ah, maybe the SIM. I had it out a while ago. All the other remote functions are OK. Thanks.

I've had the journeys stop recording before, but after a few days they started again and even sync'd the missed ones. No explanation.

Journeys uses the embedded SIM not the SIM you install for Pro Services.
Try re-syncing the car with InControl:
Reset Remote app Journeys
1. Log out of and close down (force quit) the app completely on your phone.
2. Take the vehicle for a minimum of a 1 mile drive.
3. Press and hold the left hand "B-Call" button in the overhead console for 15 seconds and light will blink. This is the Land Rover Assist button. NOT the SOS button !
4. Start and load the app once again and log in.
This should reset the InControl Remote App and re-synchronise it to your car.

I had the same thing happen and the dealership suggested uninstalling the app from the phone and then reinstalling. It worked fine, and the missing journeys appeared.

I have had no new data on the app since mid January, remote starting is all problematic. The location and ambient temperature features are working though. I have tried reinstalling but to no avail, also tried Simons reset trick, all I managed to do was connect with LRA!

You didn’t hold the button long enough
Wait till it starts to flash slowly.
Works every time for me.

It shouldn’t make a difference. I normally stop the car, press and hold the button (you need to be somewhere the embedded SIM has signal of course) until it flashes and then leave it to it.
