Remote app says Service. Car doesnt
Anyone has this ?
Remote app says the car has notified it that it requires a scheduled service. Checking the car (it’s not long been serviced) it says I have at least 15.5K miles to the next oil service and 4.5K miles before an adblue top up.
Tried the B Call button data resynchronisation routine twice and the warning is still there.
Any ideas ?

It’s the LR Assist call button. NOT the SOS button on the right above the rear view mirror.
Resync car data (Journeys, Health etc) by logging out of the Remote app. Go for a drive at least 1+ mile and then press and hold the B Call (LR Assist) button until the LED flashes slowly (changes flash speed).
Then log back into the app.
Except it didn’t fix this minor irritation.

Just checked on the App and I have the same issue.
I love my DS5 to bits but I’m learning fast that the LR software is a long way short of the BMW quality I have come from.
Can anyone share a fix please?

StinTov, try the telematics sync process I outline above. It maybe this actually fixed it but it took a while to happen or required a longer journey ?
Worth a try at least.

try clearing the cache on app , works when the DS app stops showing journeys,
Journeys jammed a quite a lot a few months ago, an update seems to have cured it
