Also ACP is a bitch to reconnect sometimes. Especially if I’ve turned engine off for a few mins (re-fuel for example) and taken phone out of car. Then it rarely reconnects and I’m Left with no ACP at all.
I had that too until I realised that the phone wants me to unlock the screen to use the "accessory". Unlocked the screen and it all started working.
Ron
It’s not that Ron. That kicks in after an hour of the phone being asleep. I did try the CarPlay shortcut I’d added to one of my ICTP Home screens. That worked once but now doesn’t when CarPlay refuses to connect to my phone.

In Carplay settings on your phone, do you have "Allow CarPlay While Locked" ticked?

Got the update today. Glad to say it fixed all my issues. 🙂
The dealer however would not turn on OTA updates. They know about the feature but aren't ready to commit yet. Something about waiting to see how this round of updates sits with their clients first. Could be a regional issue too. Fair enough.

I’m having phone audio issues with ACP along with Bammmer also.
Plus ACP is very random about connecting especially if you stop and unplug for a few mins. It never reconnects.

The phone was for me until 19A. It fixed other issues but inevitably added others. Such is the LR way I guess.

I do not issues with ACP connecting, but do have the phone problem.
Do we know if JLR are aware of it and possibly expecting a fix sometime?

Ok. So I deleted all pairing for ACP and Bluetooth from my iPhone. Put car to sleep (locked and left it for long enough to shut down). Did a force reset of my iPhone (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/iphone/force-restart-iphone-iph8903c3ee6/ios) and then reconnected the phone to Bluetooth and ACP.
So far it’s now reconnecting very quickly every single time to ACP even after a short engine off and phone disconnect (i.e. when refuelling) which it never did.
Also tested with someone calling into my iPhone while connect with ACP and I can now hear them speaking. Phone audio has returned.
Will keep an eye on it of course and if it starts to play up I’ll keep my appointment with my dealer next week and ask them if they can re-install 19A again.
