What is covered
I assume the plan just covers the requirements of A service and B service, is this correct and what exactly do the two service types call for?

That's a lot of money for servicing.
I use the local 4x4 garage (have done for all the Landrover's I have ever owned) they hold the relavent landrover insurance so the warrenty is still in tact.
First service cost is £180 - no brainer

Is the service plan valid at any Landrover dealers or only where purchased?

If it's like the Jaguar service plan, you get a card to present at any dealership.

received membership card
I just received a Land Rover Approved Service plan membership card with my name, a plan reference number and my registration number on it.
It came attached to a cover letter welcoming me to the plan and explaining the coverage (5 years or 50 thousand miles) and the benefits.
All very impressive........
Except.....
I haven't ordered the service plan yet!
Who wants to take a vote on:
1. Simple mistake
2. Not so subtle way of reminding me to buy it
3. Freebee
I guess I'll call the customer care number in the morning and find out.

And the card comes stuck to the paper, stuck on with superglue. Absolute c
t to get the stuff off the card.
I was lucky enough to get it for £699, as there was no official prices when we done the finance

Did you receive your car after the 1st April? So having to pay the new road tax. Maybe this is land rover saying sorry we
up but please take this small token as someway to make amends

No, got it in the middle of march. And when I ordered I wasn't expecting it until July.
