Off road settings
Hi all.
Whilst in Auto terrain response mode (Auto knob pressed down). I stop put car into neutral, then select low range, BUT this also puts car into Off road height & turns on HDC.
Is this to be expected?

Peter,
Having spent Monday at Eastnor in an RRS2, I'd say that's correct.
IIRC to use just low range you need to dis-engage the auto terrain control by pushing the knob down and allowing it to pop-up.
I'll be trying it on ours this weekend as I always run all three of our Landy's a short distance in low box once a month to make sure nothing seizes up.

Thanks Scrumps can see the logic of Off road height although not HDC, will disengage Auto & check mine. keep me posted on your findings please.

Peter - the behaviour you are seeing is the way the Disco 5 at the Land Rover offroad driving school behaved. HDC comes on by default when low range is selected.
