I noticed the strange lack of input on your post on the D3/D4 forum...my first thoughts were crankshaft position sensor or similar on your D3...but your IID tool would have picked that or the other usual culprits up. You've also checked all the other obvious stuff like the LPFP and HPFP.
Far from being a D3 guru since I've never owned one, barring the blatantly obvious stuff like fuel line or fuel rail leaks or the like, I'm no real help either

I’m genuinely disappointed by the lack of people of knowledge no stepping forward too.
As for checks
All the lpfp side is renewed, I did try just the pump but ended up replacing the whole sender unit
I’ve checked the fuel filter lines are correct and not blocked
And the only thing I’ve found is the pressure when cranking is very low with the original pump and I do t think the vcv are allowing fuel through on the other pumps so I’ve bit the bullet and gone for a remanufactured pump
