As if I needed any more convincing that LR are really taking the

with their parts prices. A set of OEM rear brake pads are over £130...that's almost double the price of a set of genuine Brembo, Delphi or Ferodo pads at £70

Next on the list of to-do stuff. I ordered a full set of Ferodo pads so I can do a decent brake service when they arrive. I'll power bleed the system as well to flush the old fluid out and replace it since I noticed when I checked it with the brake fluid tester, the current fluid is just below borderline % for hydroscopic absorbtion.

I need to do all the usual swop outs too but at the minute I’m still trying to find time to fix the d3

I normally wouldn't fuss with the brake service right now since my pads are all about 2.5mm or there abouts...but that one advisory... 'Service brake binding but not excessively Nearside Rear'... did my nut in...I'm kinda OCD about always having clean MOT's
