    Ours is 006xxx, so we're "in range" but this looks like it's another one of the D5 "features" we've managed to avoid

    How do i read my Vin. I get the last 6 digits are the build no.

    I have my VIN no but not the car yet so seeing what i can do with this information. hehehehe

    I wouldn't be putting my VIN into 3rd party sites Confused

    Go to www.landrovertechinfo.com - I think you need to register as an "independent" - and you can then enter the VIN and see build date and full build spec.

    I just had a look and it stores all the VIN numbers, I know that someone has a 2005 3 series and it's had a lot of recalls in its lifetime and if I parted with $5 I could've had the owner details as well.

    I thought that was a new tech page but it just forwards you to Topix. Very Happy

    It's the address of the old system that now forwards to TOPIX but it is a lot easier to remember than the TOPIX address Smile

    Ours falls into the range however the headlights aren't protruding that far, just a couple of mm.

    Not sure if its worth getting the dealership to fix it.

    Rear lights aren't flush either




    Hi, similarly, the rears on mine actually have a gap between the plastic lens assembly and the bodywork - anyone else's similar (ie. is that normal)?
