Powered inner tailgate.
Inner tailgate stopped working electrically. Anyone else had a problem.

Mine did once, just pushed it up by hand, close the boot and re-open and it had reset itself
Namib Orange 1st Edition with black roof and wheels.
Privacy, tow bar, drive pack, surround camera, heated front & rear seats, auto dim door mirrors, side steps, remote Pro, RSE, arm rest fridge dash cam front and rear.

Tried all that just seems dead. May check the fuse. But got to go to the dealers for another problem so will probably leave it for them.

Yes back to deaฤบers. New motor I believe but got a little confused as my main tailgate stopped working from the key fob and his explanation as to the fix through me. Anyway all fixed now.

I have a question on the Powered Inner Tailgate work.
- When you open the tailgate from the tailgate button, the Powered Inner Tailgate stays closed.
- When you open the tailgate from the interior, the Powered Inner Tailgate stays closed.
- When you open the tailgate from the keyfob, the Powered Inner Tailgate opens too.
Is it possible to make the Powered Inner Tailgate opening always with the tailgate opening, does not matter how you do it? May me by the dealer software or something like that?

Mine stopped working today
Made a nasty grinding noise, then quit.
Car was due in today for software update for ICP - canceled this appointment this as I needed the car due to snow

Mine did the same (March '17 Vintage), the actuator bracket shears, they have a modified stronger bracket (another bulletin on it).

A common issue maybe. Mine made grinding noises / stopped working / remote wouldn't open the boot etc.
Booked into the dealers who said they had all the parts already in stock as had a few with this issue. All now fixed for now

Powered inner tailgate failure
I have a 2017 model and just had the powered inner tailgate fail on me. Booked into dealership next week.
Sounds like a bit of a weak point from all the responses on here.
