Set options for Android/Apple devices
Any one know what these options are for and how to use them?
My iPhone was paired to the car?

wow, lots of new settings in V3.
Did you get this update when your car went in for a specific fault? Seems like theres an issue with this V3 and dealerships aren't updating to it unless of specific faults.

One of the claimed issues "fixed" are camera issues.
I have had random images displayed on the odd occasion, usually when I am trying to get in a tight spot!
They said they could not do the update during the first couple of weeks of December, but said all was OK just before Christmas.
So I guess that applies to all dealerships now?

Have you tried when connected to the media ports (USB by central cubby)?
Dare we hope it’s CarPlay support ???

It's just a setting to control how your phone deals with Apps - auto-launch or not....

Oh. So crappy InControl Apps?
There was already a setting for that so I guess they reorganised the Settings menus then.

Do you have InControl Apps installed on your iPhone?

I do, but never use it.
It does as Winger says, I have just turned Apps back on and then you can go into the setting.
Boring.

That’s a shame. Really can’t see why LR can’t deliver on its promise made years ago to support CarPlay when Apple first announced it.
