  The noise only seems to appear with the AC is turned ON. Turned OFF no noise whatsoever.
  
  Is this
  
  1. Water dropping on hot metallic part or?
  2. AC Pump problem?

• The noise is still there after driving the car a few minutes it will appear, less pronounced but still there.

• It could also be the AC compressor. This car interior gets so hot that this winter I had to use the AC to cool it dow all winter long
