Can you see what version of the InControl Touch Pro you have installed in the D5?
Many of the issue you are seeing I believe are fixed with software updates that have appeared over the last year. Is the D5 brand new or pre-enjoyed ?
Is your Home screen using the old colourful 4 panel interface (Telephone box etc) or the later Phase 4 3 panel 'minimalist' screen (no graphics, just lines and text).

I'd recommend you go to your LR dealer and ask them to update and cite all the issues you are having. It should be covered under a warranty claim. Certainly the rear camera not appearing was fixed with Phase 4.
The service notification may not have been cleared by the dealer if it was serviced. Also it maybe the early service warning bug that was fixed with another software update.

Cheers Gents. Couple questions please.
1 do you have poor sound via hdmi? Mine is horrendous?
Should the rear entertainment be able to see the drivers hdmi input? I cant see it on the rear.
If I plug into the rear hdmi ports the rear entertainment can select either of the rear ports. As such can watch different inputs.
Im sure i read that with the new update they both had to watch the same source.
Cheers
